Looking for a 3-bedroom holiday home in Aveyron for a family holiday or a getaway with friends? La Barbaresque offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. A real advantage for preserving everyone's privacy while still enjoying quality time together in the shared living areas of the holiday home.
Three en-suite bedrooms
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to provide peace, privacy, and comfort, with high-quality bedding throughout.
Two of the bedrooms—one overlooking the Roc Nantais and the other facing Saint Alban—each feature a 160 cm (king-size) bed with built-in storage drawers, a chest of drawers, a television, and their own private bathroom and toilet.
On the top floor, beneath the eaves, the former attic has been transformed into a spacious and character-filled bedroom, featuring a beautiful exposed stone wall and lovely views of Saint Alban. This room includes a 140 cm (double) bed, a television, and a large private bathroom with a toilet. A charming mezzanine provides two 90 cm (single) beds, making it an ideal space for children or two additional guests.
All bedrooms can be locked for complete privacy.
Chambre Roc Nantais
This double room combines comfort and practicality, with views of the Roc Nantais. It features an en-suite bathroom with a toilet. To make your stay more convenient, USB-A and USB-C sockets are fitted on either side of the bed so you can easily charge your phones, tablets and laptops.

Are towels and linen provided?
Yes, all household linen is included in your stay. On arrival, you’ll find bath and shower towels, bed linen and kitchen tea towels. So you don’t need to bring anything with you – all you have to do is make the most of your stay at La Barbaresque.
How many bedrooms does the gite have?
La Barbaresque has three comfortable bedrooms, spread over two floors, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, and has been designed to offer peace, comfort and privacy to all guests.
Are the bedrooms suitable for families?
Yes. The holiday cottage is ideal for families. We provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Children will also enjoy the converted loft with its mezzanine, a cosy space where they can play or relax.
Is the accommodation accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No. Due to the layout of the building and the presence of stairs, the gite is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility or those using a wheelchair.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is there free car park?
There are several free car parks just a few metres from the holiday cottage. It is also possible to park in front of the property to unload your luggage, subject to availability.
Is smoking allowed in the house ?
No. The gite is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms or in any indoor areas.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is usually from 5 pm and check-out is before 11 am. However, we are flexible where possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us before your stay so that we can work out a suitable arrangement.
